Request Account & Data Deletion

We respect your privacy and right to be forgotten. Learn how your data is handled when you request deletion from the Smart Cafe mobile app.

App: Smart Cafe - Order & Rewards • Processing Time: Immediate deactivation / within 7 days

📱 Method 1: Delete via the Mobile App

Immediate in-app deletion
  1. Open the Smart Cafe app on your device.
  2. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your selection to permanently erase your profile.

📊 What Data is Deleted vs. Retained

Permanently Deleted Data:
  • Name, email address & phone number
  • Saved delivery addresses
  • Reward points & unredeemed scratch cards
  • Saved favorite items
  • Push notification device tokens
Retained Data (Tax & Audits):

Past invoices and payment transaction logs are anonymized and retained only for the legally mandated period required by GST/tax laws.

⏱️ Retention & Processing Time

Account access is revoked immediately upon request. All personal identifiers are permanently purged from active databases within 7 business days.
